Essential Booking Info
If your dates span the above ranges please calculate on a daily basis. Please contact us for confirmation. The changeover day is flexible and the minimum booking is 7 days.
If you require a Cot and High Chair these can be hired on a weekly basis on a combined cost of £35 per week. If you require any Baby or Child Seats for the Airport Transfers these are £6.50.
Transfers are £90 return for up to 4 x persons and £25 per additional person thereafter.
There is a £200 Refundable Damage Deposit which is due with your final balance 6 weeks prior to departure. (This will be refunded to you within 4 weeks of your return from your holiday subject to a satisfactory Inventory Check).
Booking/Contact
Before booking please contact us so we can hold your dates pending receipt of your booking form and your deposit.
Please ensure you fully read and understand our Terms & Conditions. You will find these are fairly standard and include settlement of the balance 6 weeks prior to departure, at which time a deposit of £200 against damage or breakage is also due. At the end of the rental, the latter will be returned promptly minus any (unlikely) deductions.
The Turkish Government has introduced the GIYKIMBIL system which is a database for Identity Verification and used by Owners and/or their agents for 'Short Term Property Lets'. Before you can enter Turkey you will be required to provide this information (copy of passport ) either to the owner or their agents in Turkey and they will update the GIYKIMBIL system by midday on a daily basis whilst you are staying at the property. Failure to comply will entail your booking being cancelled. The purpose of this system is to flush out the threat of the ongoing worldwide threats to international and national security and legislation was brought in to tackle this. Also, it enables the authorities to ensure tax is paid by owners too.
Bookings
To proceed with a reservation, please click on the button below here to download and print off the Booking Form Return it as soon as possible to the address given on the form together with the non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday cost. Cheques should be made out to Joy McAllister. Direct transfers to our bank account are also accepted.
We will send you a letter on receipt of the deposit to confirm your booking details. On receipt of the balance, we will send you a final confirmation letter and any relevant instructions. We will arrange your pickups so that you are taken directly to the Villa and you will be given your keys on arrival by the driver.
The journey from Dalaman Airport to the Villa is approximately 40 minutes.
It is a condition of rental that all members of the party have comprehensive travel insurance for the period of the rental .
